We provide an enriching role in treating lower acuity populations with an average treatment length of 16 weekly sessions and ongoing support by clinical supervisors. How compensation works
- Fort Health offers a customizable caseload to suit your needs and circumstances.
- Full-time therapists are expected to deliver a minimum of 15 clinical hours/week.
- Flexibility to adjust your capacity and earnings each month
- A typical therapist delivers 28 clinical hours/week and earn $85,000 not including bonuses
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 8:30pm ET
- Saturdays & Sundays 8:30am - 4:30pm ET

What We're Looking For

Licensed: Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC licensed to practice in Texas (multiple state licenses preferred).

Experienced: 3 years of clinical experience working directly with children, teenagers, and families, with experience in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, and DBT.

Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and experience delivering effective care through telehealth.

Tech savvy: able to use Zoom, EHR, and Google Suite to deliver care and communicate with team members

Technical Requirements: Access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).
