The role...


At Synthesia, we are building the preeminent revenue model in Tech.  Combining the best of viral user-level product love with the fundamentals of world-class Enterprise selling, the Enablement org at Synthesia positions our revenue org to continue transforming Communication for the world's best companies. 


Fresh off unicorn status ($90M Series C from the world's best VC's), and meteoric growth (5x, 3x 3x YoY), our revenue is now transitioning from product-selling to value-selling and leveling up conversations to help our clients solve their most pressing needs.


We are looking for world-class enablement talent to help drive the conception, project management, design and execution of world-class training for all levels of our organization.  You will ideally be schooled in modern frameworks such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, in addition to expertise in stakeholder management and modern content delivery.


Customer-facing experience in enterprise sales and/or customer success


  • Deep understanding of modern sales frameworks and experience curating trainings aligned to core methodologies
  • Experience project managing initiatives and enablement programming across global stakeholders
  • A strong understanding of relevant software, platforms, and systems such as Learning Management Systems, SFDC, Outreach, Clari, ChurnZero
  • Proven track record of planning, coordinating, and delivering successful onboarding sessions for new hires
  • Experience planning, coordinating, and delivering successful ongoing enablement sessions to global audiences
  • Has the ability to balance many tasks at once with a positive mindset

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000


Location: New York City / Remote w/ Travel to NYC
